Wow, I didn't realize it would be so much...I think I would agree with myself and stop while you are ahead. Perhaps...since I made the suggestion....you can come out and see me sometime!!! :-) What do you think about that? I imagine you already have plans for that money....*sigh* oh well.... :-
I was actually thinking about going out to Ohio this summer, but I wasn't too sure if we would have the funds for it-I guess we'll see how things go. I don't know how much time Eric would have off this summer, I think he has to build a bunch of it back up before we could all go. I really want you guys to see how much Emma has grown and changed - plus when we came out it would probably be around her 1st birthday too! I don't know what my Dad's plans are as of yet. The only problem with coming to Ohio, is that I wouldn't have all of the baby supplies i.e., crib, toys, high chair, car seat, etc. so it makes for a complicated time. I don't know if my dad has much, if any, of the baby supplies. On top of that, I really don't know if my Dad will have a house by this summer. From the sound of things, he may either be losing/selling his house?? I really have no idea anymore. I guess we'd have to play it by ear. There is talk of him moving, however -to Norfolk - NEBRASKA!?! YIKES!
Anyway, Eric, Emma and I have all come down with the flu this week. Yes, the dreaded stomach flu. I couldn't even get up and do anything I was feeling so crappy. I'm a little better today, I will attempt to eat something at school and see how that goes. My room always seems to fall apart when I am gone, so I will try to tough it out today. Other than that, not a whole lot going on...
Oh yeah...Dad has the presents, I put April in charge of getting them. Hope you like!

'Lo People!
Hey! Yeah, April, this blog has been kinda slow lately! Anyhow, I agree...take yer money & run! I'd say that's a pretty good settlement...that's actually more than I'd have expected you guys to get.
Not really much to share with me...just workin' as usual. I leave next Sun. finally for my training in New York! (hopefully nobody has a dumb excuse this time...like it's too close to Valentine's...LOL).
School...I'm still trying to decide if Pharm.D. school is the right thing for me...so since I don't know...I'm going to do nothing about it. My acceptance to pre-pharm at UT is good for a year...so, if I decide to do that, I won't have to re-apply. I'm just not sure I'd be happy doing that; plus it's kinda of a lot of school. If I'm going to spend that much time on it, I should probably just do med school.
So...my car's transmission is acting up...blah! I had it serviced around November because it was kinda jumping a bit on first to second. They couldn't find anything, changed the transmission fluid, & it was fine then. So, now it started doing it again last week. I thought about trading it in for a brand new Honda, but I like my car & I really would like to keep it for a while (& finish paying it off). So, I might need to get a new transmission they said...which fortunately I have an extended powertrain warranty to 100,000 (mine's at 80,000)...but it still sucks! A honda transmission shouldn't go out at 80,000...
Well, guess I'll go pretend like I'm working :)

update for april
well the blog has been kinda slow lately. So an update from me.......
job-hate it LOL.....
applying to school-my file is finally complete after waiting on slow ass professors to send in their reference forms of which they have had since OCTOBER. grrrrrrrr. anyway I hope to get an interview for that.....the email from BG said they will let people know about interviews late January. So keep your fingers crossed.
Jenna's xmas present-working on picking those up....I emailed your dad and he hasnt emailed me back.
last week- last tuesday at 3am...my mom woke me up and said she thought something was wrong with my grandma. So I got up and well she was having a sugar attack. Her sugar had bottomed out to 40 and she was delirious. She didnt even know where she was, so I called 911 and the EMT's got here and they hooked her up to an IV with sugar water in it and took her to the ER. At the ER they gave her some food and got her sugar up to 14oish. While the nurse was trying to take out the IV....my grandma got this weird look on her face and started to mess with the hand the IV was in...the nurse told her to put her hand down and she didnt listen...the nurse asked is she always like this....I said NO she is with it....and then my grandma went into a seizure.....that was pretty scary to see...so they had to keep her and they transported her up to St. V's in Toledo to a Neurologist.....she was there until Saturday....the doctor said that sometimes in older people seizures just spurt up and he put her on a pill to prevent them. She is home and is still pretty weak but she is doing better.
Lawsuit-got the allocation letter in the mail after Christmas saying that I will be getting $6,926. So this week they email us saying they want to resubmit our claims to try for more money but not without risk that they might decide to lower our allocations and no gaurantee that there would be more money. We had the choice to resubmit or not to...so with the advice of my friend Janna I am taking my money and running. I decided not to resubmit because I dont want to take the risk of the dollar amount lowering and even if we got more money the lawyers would prolly end up just taking more of it for fees. So now Im waiting to hear when we will get the checks.
well that is all Ive been up to so how about everyone else.

New info....
Ok, so my package came BACK to me today. The mailing label must have come off, and the return address stayed on! I will just resend it in the mail ASAP. Oh well...better to know that's what happened than to be lost in the mail!
Santa is very late this year!
Yeah so I called my Dad to ask him what was up with the present situation, and he said he never got the package! Those postal workers lied to me!!!!!! I paid extra to have it delivered by Thursday, and it didnt get there on time! Hopefully it will show up soon. I talked to April the other day about it, and I don't know how everyone will get their presents for sure, I told my Dad about it though. I had them all sent to one place, because I thought they would be there on time. Oh well, as long as they get there! Anyway, my dad's email address is noquiexis@friendlynet.com. I gave April all of the phone #s to get ahold of him. I will let you all know when he gets the package!
